Vision
The economy functions all around us and is unavoidable and so we believe it is vital for students to study Business. The intent of our curriculum is to develop confident students who will enter the workforce with the knowledge of how the ever changing economy (personal, national and global) functions and how the world of work operates in order to help set the foundations for them to experience a successful career.

Exam weighting: 100% Examination
Assessment:
In Business, students are taught a linear course and assessed at the end of Year 11 with two external exams each for 90 minutes.
- Paper 1: Investigating small business
- Paper 2: Building a Business
- 50% weighting each
- Each paper is a mix of multiple choice, short answers and long answer questions.

There are 10 knowledge organisers and a vocabulary list available in pupils google classrooms.
